excellent hotel experience

helpful staff delicious pastries

The service from the front desk was really good!!! the staff was helpful and kind. the location was amazing, close to the city's main attractions. the breakfast buffet had lots of choices. I found delicious pastries and fresh fruit.

the elevator was very small. waiting for it took a while sometimes. this could be difficult with lots of luggage.

The room had a beautiful view of the canal. I really enjoyed watching the boats. the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom included high-quality toiletries. a rainfall shower, a nice touch after a long day.

The fitness center was well-equipped. I saw treadmills and weight machines, so it worked for my workouts. the hotel also included a restaurant with delicious food and drinks. Plus, i appreciated the quick service and the kind staff there.

banging glass door poor lighting

the staff were helpful with directions.

the first room was by the stairwell. the glass door banged constantly as people passed, i barely slept. the lighting was also poor as i could not adjust them from the bed so i had to turn each one off individually.

Idyllic Stay by the Water

luxurious toiletries sweet macaroon sauna relief kind staff

The room included Molton Brown toiletries, such a luxe touch. A welcome macaroon from Isabelle at the front desk awaited me. It was tender and sweet. The sauna provided needed relief from travel tension. Staff were very kind. They handled everything delicately.

The elevator wait times were occasionally a bit long.

I found the staff helpful. They assisted me with directions and recommendations. the included breakfast had a great variety of options. I especially liked the fresh pastries. the room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job!!!

elevator problem discourteous communication

The location is quite convenient.

The single elevator proved problematic. It was frequently out of service. Considering I stayed on the sixth floor, this was very inconvenient. the front desk failed to respond to my email regarding the bar's seating policy, I found this lack of communication discourteous.
